Hominum causa omne ius constitutum est.
All law is established for the sake of people.Hermogenian, Digest 1.5.2

— Where do we start?

We advise businesses from Poland and abroad on the matters that shape their companies. We are a small team, so from the very first meeting you speak with the attorney who handles your matter.

Law. People. Perspective.

— In a world of AI, why do I need a lawyer?

Technology speeds up the work. People make the decisions.

Today’s tools can search thousands of regulations in seconds. They cannot sit down at the table with you and understand what really matters to you. That part of the work will always be ours.

— Will anyone listen to me?

We listen before we advise.

The first meeting is about understanding your situation, your goals and your constraints. We make a proposal only once we know what really matters.

— Who will handle my matter?

You know who is handling your matter.

You work directly with the attorney you talk to. We do not pass your matter on, and we do not change the person in charge along the way.

— Will the costs surprise me?

No surprises.

We agree the scope, plan and cost before any work begins. We tell you about every change before it happens.

— How can you help me?

We work for business. We understand technology too.

Law for your business

Ongoing legal support and guidance on the decisions that shape your company.

  • Ongoing legal services for companies

A standing relationship with an attorney who knows your company: legal opinions, contracts, correspondence and day-to-day decisions. Usually billed as a monthly retainer.

Ask about your matter

— How does it work in practice?

You know where you stand. At every stage.

A one-off consultation, a specific assignment or ongoing support: we tailor the way we work to you and your company.

Let’s agree the scope
  1. 1

    Conversation

We get to know your situation and your documents. We tell you plainly what we see and what we do not know yet.

  2. 2

    Proposal

We present the scope, the plan and the cost. The decision is yours.

  3. 3

    Handling your matter

We act and keep you updated before you need to ask.

— And how are fees charged?

Retainer

A fixed monthly fee for companies that need a legal partner day to day.

Hourly rates

You pay for the work actually done, with a list of activities on the invoice. On request, we agree a cost cap.

Fixed fee

A set amount for a specific, well-defined matter.

— Who will I be talking to?

Over 20 years of practice. Every matter handled personally.

We have practised as a firm since 2008, and our partners practised independently before that. We are a team of four lawyers, so your matter is handled by someone who has known it since the first conversation.
